Longtime radio programming and operations executive Kris Abrams is the new Director/Partner Integration at Futuri Media. Reporting to Sr. VP/Operations Todd Thomas, Kris will work directly with client stations on implementing Futuri’s platforms at local stations domestically and internationally. He will manage Futuri system installations and the development of strategies with stations to engage and maximize their audiences.
A third-generation broadcaster, Kris joins Futuri after serving three years as Operations Manager for Cumulus Radio/Albuquerque, an eight-station cluster where he very successfully integrated Futuri’s products and services including TopicPulse, as well as Listener Driven Radio’s LDR1 and Takeover. Kris previously worked as Operations Manager for iHeartMedia’s six-station cluster in Jacksonville, Florida; Program Director at Greater Media Hot AC WLNK/Charlotte; Operations Manager for CBS Radio/Phoenix’s three-station group; and Program Director at WRIT/Milwaukee and WMQX/Greensboro, among several other stations.
