Futuri Media has acquired Washington, DC-based TopLine Matters Inc, naming its president, Tracy Gilliam, as SVP/Sales. Concurrently, Futuri promoted VP/Development & Support Craig Bowman to SVP/Technology and Director/Finance Laura Griffith to SVP/Finance, while bringing aboard former Comcast Spotlight Sr. Manager/Digital Traffic and longtime broadcast executive Todd Thomas as SVP/Operations.

In additional restructuring, Jason Robinaugh was named VP/Support; Jamie Arseneault moved from Director/Mobile Development to Director/TopicPulse Product Development; Joe Tranchita shifted from Creative Technologist to Director/User Interface Development; and President/Broadcast Services Victor Caballero and Operations Manager/TopicPulse Sarah Davis have transitioned to a newly formed operations team reporting to Thomas. Also joining Futuri are Tim Loughry as TopicPulse Operations Manager and Amanda Williams as Assistant Development Manager.

Futuri President/CEO Daniel Anstandig commented, "To keep pace with our rapid growth, it made strategic sense to realign and strengthen our executive team. Tracy Gilliam's company provides the sales excellence and the continuity we've depended on in our partnership for the past five years, and we're thrilled to have her organization as a permanent part of our company. Craig Bowman and Laura Griffith are proven leaders, playing key roles in driving Futuri's growth, developing patented technology and building systems that are used by over 525 radio stations and networks around the world every day. Jason Robinaugh, Joe Tranchita, and Jamie Arseneault have been instrumental in developing our systems and delivering expert service every day. We're proud to have recruited Todd Thomas, Tim Loughry, and Amanda Williams to join us, and our partners are already benefiting from their many years of experience, knowledge and insights."

Gilliam worked with Futuri through an exclusive partnership since 2010. She formed TopLine in 2011, following more than 25 years' experience with major media groups including CBS and iHeart Media (formerly Clear Channel). Bowman and Griffith have served at Futuri since the first year when the company was founded in 2009. A 28-year broadcaster, Thomas comes to Futuri after three years with Comcast in Detroit, having previous worked as Operations Manager for Clear Channel Communications' seven-station Detroit cluster, as well as OM for Clear Channel's seven-station cluster in Hartford.

Davis joined Futuri in 2010, while Tranchita, Arseneault, and Caballero have all been with the company since 2011. Loughry arrives after serving as Digital Operations Director at Withers Broadcasting and 11 years at West Virginia Radio, most recently as Corporate Interactive Program Director. Williams previously worked as Training Project Manager at Rockwell Automation and many years in sales for Answers, SmartEd Services and Mattel.
